You are able to view ISP users based on their state and detailed information such as the average latency times for the different plans that ISP has, along with viewing each users latency times to the individual websites.
To get started in submitting your own latency times, you will firstly need to Register to our website. After registration, you are required to Download our application which you then run on your computer. This application uses the Java environment, so it's necessary that you have the Java environment installed. The application, once run, will require you to enter your username and password and will run a series of latency tests.
Once the application has been run, you are able to view your latency
times by logging in to our website and clicking on My Details link.
